Open Mic Night/Allie Jo’s Going Away Party

Our Sommelier, Allie Jo is heading to Montana! While we’re sad she’s leaving us, we are very excited for her to embark on this next chapter of her career. When discussing how we wanted to celebrate our team kept coming back to an open mic night, where they get to perform for all of you. Not our usual style of event, but something fun. We’ll have a few slots open for anyone else who might want to perform, so if that’s you give us a call (888) 573-4407.

Because our staff are not professional comedians this will not be a ticketed evening - just standard reservations with our usual policies.

And if you want to avoid this potential train wreck of an evening, we recommend an early reservation ;)

Rhone Valley w/ Chateau Saint Cosme Wine Dinner

Louis Barroul from Chateau Saint Cosme has become one of Southern France's most celebrated winemakers. Louis' family has owned Saint Cosme for 14 generations. We'll enjoy two classics from St. Cosme along with 3 selections from Louis Barroul’s new venture in the Rhone, Chateau Rouanne. We'll compliment these 5 French selections with a beautiful Riesling from Seneca Lake, NY - Louis' only project outside of the Rhone. These wines are adventurous, delicious and have stories that need to be told.

We are now partnering with the Rum Curious Club! Originally out of LA, we are the first OC partner and look forward to aiding in their mission to “create a vibrant and diverse community of rum lovers”.

The Rum Curious club aims to:

  • Meet and connect with other rum lovers in the area

  • Get educated on different rums, distillers and cocktails

  • Show folks there is so much more to this amazing spirit than Captain Morgan Spiced Rum.

Our first event together highlights Privateer, the whiskey lover’s rum ;)

WESTLAND WHISKEY MIX & MINGLE

Westland is an American whiskey maker from the Pacific Northwest. Their mission is push the boundaries of what can be done with whiskey and discover new ways on how it can be made. We are inducting their Outpost Range of single malt whiskies to our meticulously curated and expansive whiskey list, featuring over 200 expressions that have been handpicked by owner Andrew Parish.

As an introduction, we are hosting a "mix & mingle" tasting/pairing event. This is going to be a fun, casual event where you will get a chance to learn about Westland while tasting the line and enjoying creative pairings from Chef Alan Sanz.

There will be fun, there will be food, there will be giveaways, and, most importantly, there will be whiskey.
