Cornbread Baking Instructions
Ingredients (for a 6” skillet):
- 65g dry mix 
- 35g unsalted butter (melted, room temperature) 
- 1 egg 
- 7g neutral oil of choice (no olive oil) 
- 60g buttermilk 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees (depends on your oven) 
- Whisk wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet and whisk until incorporated and there are no clumps. 
- Grease baking pan or cast iron of choice. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown and the center is cooked through (check with toothpick).
