Cornbread Baking Instructions
Ingredients (for a 6” skillet):
65g dry mix
35g unsalted butter (melted, room temperature)
1 egg
7g neutral oil of choice (no olive oil)
60g buttermilk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees (depends on your oven)
Whisk wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet and whisk until incorporated and there are no clumps.
Grease baking pan or cast iron of choice. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown and the center is cooked through (check with toothpick).
