    For smaller gatherings, your minimum can be applied toward tablescaping, custom rentals, or bar services.

How Our Minimums Work

Each minimum investment includes your food, beverage, and service experience, as well as the expert craftsmanship behind it — from tailored menu creation to hand-selecting seasonal ingredients and refining every recipe with care.

Labor costs for event day staff — chefs, bartenders, servers — are charged separately based on your event size, staffing needs, and service hours.

This structure ensures you’re only paying for the staffing your event requires while still receiving the same premium ingredients and bespoke service we’re known for.

Labor rates and staffing recommendations are provided during your custom proposal.
